Ages/Rates
Mini-Izzy
Ages 18mo-2yr
Full Day - 9:00 am – 1:00 pm - $180/week
Extended Day - 9:00am – 3:00pm - $200/week
3:00pm - 4:00pm - $10/day or $25/wk
Montessori Izzy
Ages 2 - 4 years
Full Day - 9:00 am – 1:00 pm - $180/week
Extended Day - 9:00am – 3:00pm - $200/week
After Care 3:00pm - 4:00pm - $10/day or $25/wk
Big Izzy
9:00am - 3:00pm - $200/week
After Care - 3:00pm - 4:00pm - $10/day or $25/wk
CIT
9:00am - 3:00pm - $100/week
Dates:
Week 1 - July 1 - 5 (no camp July 4)
Week 2 - July 8 - 12
Week 3 - July 15 - 19 (No camp July 16, Tisha B'av)
Week 4 - July 22 - 25
Other Information:
Lunch
Each child brings his or her own lunch.
Daily Rate for all campers: $50 per day.
Weeks will not be pro-rated
Deposit - A
non-refundable deposit of $50 - applicable towards tuition - per camper must accompany a registration.
Camp fees due - All tuition fees are due on Wednesday of the week prior to attending camp.
All forms must be completed and submitted
before your may attend camp, go on field trips, or swim.
Early Bird Special: Send in your registration and deposit by March 30, 2013 OR pay in full by June 1 and receive $25 discount per week.

Paper - Download the flyer and registration form
(Size 8.5 X 14 inches) and mail in completed form.
4. Weekly Payments
(if not paying in full)
There are 3 ways to pay:
1. Online Payment by credit card using our secure camp payment page HERE. (coming in January)
2. By check or cash - send into the office by mail or in person.
3. Call with your credit card information and we will process it in the office.
